Vin des Potes Bloom made in collaboration with Remi Pouizin is a white wine obtained from a blend of Clairette, Grenache Blanc and Viognier. The vineyards are located in a l'Enclave des Papes in Visan, on soils rich in clay and limestone and enjoy a Mediterranean climate. The grapes are harvested when fully ripe. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vats.
Le Vin des Potes is the story of two wine lovers: Yoan Tavares, a Michelin starred sommelier, and Basile Passe, a former IT professional turned wine merchant. Basile and Yoan chose the name Le Vin des Potes (“mates’ wine”) because it captures their ethos of working hand in hand with winemakers they know and creating their own blends from grapes grown by their friends that still that reflect the identity of their terroir. Vin des Potes is a tribute to the know-how of the passionate men and women tending to the beautiful vineyards from which these wines come.
