Pinot Bianco Alto Adige D.O.C. Kettmeir 6 Bottle Case 75cl

Pinot Bianco was apparently cultivated in Alto Adige for the first time by Archduke Johann of Austria in 1852, and has since developed magnificently within the province, joining Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon Bianco as the leading white wine grape varieties in the area. Straw-yellow in colour with faint greenish highlights, and a floral bouquet with fruity sensations of green apple. Its flavour is dry, with good acidity, and with a persistent and delicate minerality, making it a perfect everyday white. Ideal for hors d’oeuvres, but also excellent with fish and seafood dishes.

A few must haves
