Harvest takes place early September from vineyards in the Veneto. Initial soft pressing, is followed by fermentation with selected yeasts. The wine undergoes secondary fermentaion in small closed tanks (Charmat method) and is kept on the lees for 4 months.
Tasting notes
A delicate pale pink colour. Subtle and persitent bubbles. Rich toasty aromas of bread, mingle with flower blossom, ripe apples and cherries. Elegant and balanced palate, finishes with good length.

Excellent aperitif. Also enjoy with appetizers, and light chicken and fish dishes.
