Syrah grapes made in the style of a Beaujolais. They use a technique called ‘carbonic maceration’ to get the maximum flavour out of the grape skins whilst preserving all the aromas, ending up with a wine that is full of energy and vibrance, almost jumping out of the glass at you.
Expect a wine that is full of flavour – raspberries, cherries, citrus, Turkish delight, and fennel dominate the nose and palate. The tannins and silky making this a food-friendly wine, complementing charcuterie, stews and hearty dishes.
