Another new drop from Winemakers Patrick Sullivan and Xavier Goodridge. Yellow is made from Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grown biodynamically in Margaret River, along with a splash of Gewurztraminer which brings an additional floral pop to the concoction and a little more spice in the palate. It's a super-fun example of a light skin-contact wine and a nice place to start if you're familiarising yourself with wines of this style.
