The cuvée Clef de Sol (red) is produced from vines of Cabernet Franc and Côt (60 years old), vinified in concrete vats then matured in 225- and 400-litre barrels. It is lightly filtered before bottling. The nose is subtly spicy and fruity, whereas its texture brings elegance and structure; the tannins are refined. This cuvée can be aged for 5 to 10 years and would go perfectly with stewed meat.
Coralie and Damien Delecheneau took over the family estate in 2002 and are now writing new pages in its long history. Trying to stay as true as possible to the particularities of their vineyards in Montlouis and Touraine-Amboise, they chose organic farming for their 10 hectares of vines as the means to respect their land and let the grapes express themselves.
