A fruity jam monster. Grapes are harvested manually and undergo 30% carbonic maceration in picking bins, half-destemmed, half whole cluster before being fermented in a mix of tank and barrel and then aged in used barrels. Highly perfumed - think smoky raspberry, spice, violets and rose.
