G.D. Vajra Langhe Pinot Nero

By appellation Nebbiolo cannot be planted at an altitude of 497 metres, so Aldo Vaira planted Pinot Noir at the top of Bricco delle Viole and Bricco di Vergne vineyards. The result is a perfumed, perfectly balanced Pinot, with a distinct Piemontese character.

Bright red in colour with vibrant reflections, this wine shows a rich array of aromas where red fruits, flowers and liquorice are layered with notes of cinnamon, cloves and cassis. Complex in the mouth with bold tannins.

    A few must haves
