Kaos, or chaos, is a reference to the inevitability that every year the wine will turn out differently than the last. Vinified with local grapes of  85% Nerello Mascalese, 15% Nerello Cappuccio.

On the nose, ripe red fruit, balsamic, licorice, cinnamon and juicy cherries. Super consistent to taste, soft tannins, good freshness and persistence. Really lovely.
