100% Gamay. A collaboration with Michel Troisgros, indeed this is the house wine at his 3 star restaurant down the road from the winery. Made from 20yo vines planted on steep granite slopes at 450mtrs alt.. It is made from 60% whole bunch, 40% de-stemmed bunches. A more serious experssion of what this grape can be.
