  • Terroir: Zersilles lieu-dit, thin/poor soil of shale and sandstone on Carboniferous-era bedrock, facing southeast.
  • Vinification: Gentle pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation in 1 to 3-year-old Burgundian barrels . Aged in older barrels, racking and blending in tank for 1 month before bottling.
  • Grape Variety: Chenin Blanc 
  • Certified organic.
