This Saint-Péray is made using fruit from four lieu-dits: Barras, Grand Plantier, Combe and l'Arzalier. The nose has aromas of apricots, white flowers and lightly toasted brioche.
The Saint-Péray Roussanne is a bright lemon colour. The nose has aromas of apricots, white flowers and lightly toasted brioche. The palate is fruity with well-balanced acidity and a mineral finish.
