Vinification: The Grapes are hand harvested. Each Varietal is vinified separately in 100% stainless steel vats on the lies for 6 months. Blended afterwards with light filtration before bottling. Fermentation in barrels and maturing on lees for 12 months.

Domaine de Veilloux dates back to the French Revolution. Michel and Sylviane bought Domaine in 1994, and right from the very beginning, they implemented organic and biodynamic practices. The Quenioux family put a lot of energy into their 25 hectares of land, their work is very precise and their wines are stunning.
