Family owned estate of 9 hecatres in the heart of Saint Aubin, they also own some vineyards in nearby Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet. Saint-Aubin has long been seen to deliver excellent quality wines without the price tag of some of it's more famous neighbours. Hand harvested, wild ferment and 12 months oak ageing add complexity and deppth to the wine. Lots of elegant, floral aromas of white blossom then ripe stone fruits, green apple and a distinct, rich buttery texture with a hit of toasty oak on the finish.
