This is the vintage reserve Champagne from Barnier’s range. Mainly Chardonnay in the blend, it leads with a classy, elegant, and fresh style of Champagne. On the palate it is dry and refreshing with a vibrant palate from years of ageing in oak barrels and then in bottle. The nutty complexity mean that it’s a wonderful wine to serve with or without food. Try with smoked salmon or a fish pie for a superb match.
