100% Riesling from Gentle Folk. This is the highest block in the vineyard sitting at 620m and is usually covered in clouds in the morning, hence the name. Aged in barrel without filling all the way to the top for a few months to incorporate some oxidative characters, Jura style. Lemon sherbert and ripe apples through to some saline, generous and nutty notes once the wine opens up.
