Whilst this Pensamentu wine is light in colour, the local Grenache from Sardinia gives a fine balance between attractive ripe cherry flavours and a bright, refreshing vibrancy that runs through the wine. You’ll also expect to taste raspberries and sweet cranberries and in its long aftertaste, dark fruits and bramble. The wine has some tannins and gentle grip on the sides of the mouth which make it excellent to pair with food.
