Commissioned by a Michelin-starred Sushi Master. Never tyres (ahem) to impress. Textured and complex. Ripe tropical fruits with floral & peppery notes.
An intense nose that's perfumed and a little tropical, and the palate is soft, with moderate acidity, denoting a warm year. Full of ripe tropical fruit, grapefruit, subtle pepper and floral notes. Textured and complex on the palate, yet satisfyingly refreshing with tropical fruit and vanilla.
The pale, young and lively Akemi was produced with Viura grapes from the village of Quel, close to Alfaro, where the winery is located.
Barrel aged on oak for five months.
