The Ciu Ciu Pecorino has a beautiful deep straw-yellow and some intense, persistent and grassy scent with some hawthorn blossoms aroma and vanilla perfume. It offers you a delicate and fresh flavour, agreeable and soft to the palate. An ideal wine for something like a seafood risotto or grilled cheese.

The farm was established in 1970 in Contrada Ciafone (Offida area) and is under now the direction of the Bartolomei brothers, Massimiliano and Walter who make their wines using Organic viticulture.
