Delicious cool climate Pinot Noir. Athenais buys in fruit from other natural growers in the region and elaborates a wine of delightful freshness and personality. The brand "Athénaïs" has been launched to create a range of wines produced in beautiful appellations in the north of Burgundy, Yonne, and gave birth in 2010, to a selection of wines.
Average age of vines: 35 to 40 years old
Vinification: Grapes are hand harvested. Full bunch natural fermentation (with indigenous yeasts). Ageing for 12 months in old oak barrels. No filtration, no fining. Max 2g/L of sulphites added at the bottling.
