Shipping and Returns
Our Economy Shipping rate is as low as £4.99, we offer next day at £8.99 which is a specialist fragile service.
To ensure your wine is delivered on the first attempt we strongly recommend you use a business address where the chances of a person at least 18 years of age can sign for the package. By law wine can not be left without a signature from a person at least 18 years of age. We cannot refund any shipping charges for a shipment returned to us because of no adult available for signature.
At North and South Wines 100% customer satisfaction is our goal. We value your opinions and encourage your communication with us, especially if there is a problem.
We want to make sure that any problems are taken care of as soon as possible. If you suspect a bottle is bad, please do not drink, for one we do not want you to drink a bad wine, and two we need the bad wine and cork for quality control purposes. Please recork the naughty bottle with the remaining wine, repack in original box, and contact us at email@example.com or call 0207 2282431 to arrange with you the pick-up and return of the wine for inspection.
As soon as we receive that bottle, and it is indeed naughty, we will send it straight to its room without dinner. We will then send you a replacement of the same wine (if we can get it) or one of a higher quality, plus we will refund you the cost of that bottle and any shipping charges. Also please inspect your shipment upon receipt to confirm accuracy. If your order is wrong please contact our customer service department within 30 days to arrange the return and replacement as well.
If you would like to return the wine for any reason, please repack it in the original packaging and contact us to arrange return. Please note any shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note that vintages do change and if the advertised vintage is not available we will send on the most current vintage, please check with us before ordering what vintage we are on.
