Lieu Dit’s Gamay is made in very small quantities, so only a small allocation makes its way over to the UK. Fermented using only wild yeast and with 6-months in natural oak, it allows the juice to bring out it’s best characters in the wine.
It is light-bodied and savoury with notes of violets, wet earth, gun powder and raspberry. It finishes with mouthwatering acidity and soft tannins.
