Joy Fantastic Chardonnay 6 Bottle Case 75cl

Sourced from the top 1-acre block of the vineyard where the soils are very thin and rich in diatomaceous earth, this Chardonnay is a mix of racy acidity and bright, vibrant texture. Aged for 11 months in neutral French barrels, it is a tropical, luscious and elegant journey in the mouth. The wine combines a play of preserved lemon, stone fruit, fruit salad, herbs, vanilla, lychee and some bitterness which freshens up the palate. A superb example of Chardonnay from the Sta Rita Hills in Central California. Only 100 cases produced.
