80% Hondarribi Zuri, 20% Ondarrabi Zuri & Zerratia (Petit Courbu). Vineyards are in three parcels (Belandika, Itxolo and Cementerio) located in Artómaña and Délika, (Arrastaria Valley-Álava). The ferment is in one 1000 ltr stainless steel tank and aged on lees for 7mth. The reuslt is a wine of great character and aroma of white fruits (pear and apple) and citrus (bitter orange) with subtle aniseed-flavours.
