THE WINERY OF GOOD HOPE, CHENIN BLANC, 6 Bottle Case 75cl

Good Hope Chenin Blanc, bush vines, rich and soft, honeyed, waxy, williams pears and quince, excellent value. The Winery of Good Hope is a label made by the good people at Radford Dale, and the Chenin Blanc is something quite special, recently voted best South African un-wooded Chenin by Wine Enthusiast Magazine. The wine is made from low yielding old bush vines located in the Helderberg area. Kept on the lees with regular battonnage it is at once rich, spicy and honeyed but also balanced with a mineral undertone. Honeyed apples swarm out of the glass followed by Poire William and sweet quince; the texture of the wine is admirable with mouth coating bees-waxy fruit and sweet cinnamon.

A few must haves
