The Wine then spends 18 months on lees in a old puncheons with the remainder in old Burgundy barriques.
With the colour of arterial blood, the nose reveals wild berries, rhubarb and custard. The palate expresses varietal cherry-stone fruit with a gentle brick-like texture.
