Organic Champagne, low sulphites, soft and elegant wine with great style. Fluence is a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier with quite a high proportion of Pinot Meunier. It is a stunningly soft and elegant mousse with fresh up front citrus and stones fruits, some lovely creamy, biscuity notes and an exceptionally clan finish. Style and quality is sometimes imperceptible with Champagne, you are not sure why it is just right, you know that it is, this is very much the case with Fluence. It is on the one hand, a simple wine with a very subtle character but at the same time achieving this with depth and complexity shows the hand of a great wine maker and a superb vine grower.

In a past life, Franck Pascal trained soldiers on the topic of chemical warfare: what to expect from those types of attacks and how to counteract their effect.
