The grapes were hand-harvested and carefully selected before vinification.
Fermentation took place with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at controlled
temperatures of 16 to 18°C, with limited skin maceration to impart the delicate pale
rosé colour. The wine spent four months in stainless steel tanks to retain the purity of
fruit, before being gently filtered and fined prior to bottling. The distinctive packaging is
inspired by Massimo Vignelli, with delicate fluting around the bottle.
An intense and crystal-clear rosé, with delicate floral overtones layered with wild
strawberry and raspberry notes. Crisp and refreshing, with nuances of cherry and wild
red fruits surrounding an uplifting finish.
