DOMAINE LE ROC DES ANGES, COTES CATALANES BLANC VIEILLES VIGNES LLUM, 6 Bottle Case 75cl

=Roc des Anges Llum Blanc is an ecological white wine coupage made with Macabeo and Garnacha Gris produced by the Roc des Anges winery under the VDP des Côtes Catalan in Languedoc-Roussillon, France.

Domaine Roc des Anges, run by Marjorie and Stéphane Gallet, is a young winery that has found itself considered among the best in Languedoc-Roussillon in a short time. They works under the principles of biodynamic agriculture. They consider that the essence of their wines is in nature, the place where their vineyards are located brings energy to the wine, the Roussillon light shines, and it is a light that illuminates but does not burn.

The grapes used to make Roc des Anges Llum Blanc come from scattered vineyards planted between 1919 and 2008 on the northern slope of the Força Real massif in very shallow shale soils, without clays, which give it a crystalline and mineral character. Its name, Llum, which in Catalan means light, perfectly describes the delicate and bright spirit of this wine by Marjorie and Stéphane Gallet that provides a refined expression of the excellent quality of the fruit from these vines, some of which are centuries-old.

Following alcoholic fermentation, the resulting wine ages for nine months in used Burgundy barrels that are not completely filled and that preserve the pure expression of the fruit and the terroir that is so highly valued by Marjorie and Stéphane Gallet.

Roc des Anges Llum Blanc is a deep wine that expresses terroir and minerality.
