Ruby red, with a very elegant nose with hints of balsamic, red fruit and spices, opening up in the glass. On the palate it is fresh, well-balanced and has a long finish, and pairs beautifully with soups, meat dishes and mature cheeses. Superb when drunk on its own, it is recommended to open at least 30 minutes before drinking. Will age well in the bottle if stored correctly.
