After working for many years at large wineries, Winemaker Leo Erazo started A Los Vinateros Bravos with 1.5 hectares of bush-trained vines (many over 100 years old) farmed organically in Itata, Chile.
The Torrontel grape is a local clone of Torrontes and is also used in Pisco production. This light orange wine is aged on skins in a mix of concrete tank and egg. There are floral notes of rosewater and geranium on the nose, with delicate tannins, fresh lime acidity and a salty finish.
