Planted in 1989 by disenchanted architect Catherine Roque with Pinot Noir, Viognier and Riesling vines; a secluded little backwater no one knew of in the hope the resulting wines would bring her success. Catherines sensitive biodynamic philosophy, thoughtful grape selection and deft touch result in delicate, complex creations now highly revered. Her daughter Alix now makes the wines with a style pushing the boundaries beyond her mother’s approach and by doing so Alix has found massive success. The wines are confident, delicious and fascinating.
