A vibrant salmon-pink in colour. The mousse is persistent and lasting. On the nose aromas of summer red fruits leading to a refreshing and floral palate of cherries, blood orange and candied flowers. A very polished and well balanced fizz.
Based in Verzy, just 20 kilometers southeast of the capital of Champagne, Reims, Jean Paul Deville's 17 hectares of vineyards grow on a hillside, which maximises precious sun exposure in this Northern climate. This family run winery is now in its 5th generation and continue the tradition of producing wonderful champagne, which has an unusually high proportion of Pinot Noir, and prolonged ageing in bottle to add richness and texture. The winery also adheres to the VDC (Viticulture Durable en Champagne) certification. A great value, boutique Champagne from a lesser known producer.
