Gentle Folk says: "The Pinot Noirs are 100% whole cluster, due to the small yields- the Village wine is predominately Scary Gully but also includes Piccadilly, Little Creek and Norton Summit. We use a combination of barriques (225L) and puncheons (500L). Very youthful but has a very bright blue fruit jumpiness. Great tannins and acidity makes the wine very drinkable, especially with some food. No new oak in this year's blend. Does not need it."
